As a side, my order had some shipping issues (due to the mail carrier, not Ponpon Labs) and the customer support here was just wonderful! I was looking at this pillow online and couldn’t find it anywhere until here! It’s exactly as pictured— so soft and a nice plush felt material. It is a great size and the shipping/packing was perfect too. I cannot recommend enough. It really does look and feel exactly like the pictures.
