Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we try to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a limited time in which you will be able to cancel or make any changes. As a small business, we will try to make the change (no guarantees), so please contact support@ponponlabs.com as soon as possible.
If you have provided the incorrect shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible via support@ponponlabs.com. We will do our best to help. If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately you will need to place a new order with the correct address. We are not liable for the costs of the original or new order.

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
