Very soft -- I have OCD so I couldn't handle *not* washing it. The instructions clearly say not to machine wash, so any loose threads after months of washing is not the fault of the company and solely my own. But I WILL say that this cushion still hasn't lost its shape nor its comfortability despite being put through the wringer. So 10/10 for me. And there really are only one, maybe two, loose threads right now. So I recommend

I love these cushions so much. I got one in pink, beige, and chocolate and they are so cute! I was looking for floor cushions that weren't overly plush or too flat and these were perfect. Some loose threads here and there, but otherwise in great condition! I highly recommend getting anything from them, as I will be a returning customer for sure! :)

I often sit in my leather gaming chair with no pants and I heard the oils from your skin and sweat could cause the leather to deteriorate faster and I wanted to keep my expensive SecretLab chair in good condition so I have been sitting on a blanket but it’s been proving annoying so I thought a perfectly sized cushion would be even better and provide additional comfort and THIS IS IT. It’s the medium size and it fits a secret lab chair perfectly. It’s warm but doesn’t make me hot. It’s cozy but not too soft you’d slip off or the fabric would lose durability. Really happy with the product. Their shipping company isn’t the best and it took a month and a week and a half to get to me. They constantly failed to deliver and the tracking was rarely updated but I’m glad it finally got to me so it was worth it! I really want to get more biscuit cushions.

I love it! I use this cushion to sit on the floor in front of my mirror and do my makeup and it makes doing makeup and my hair much more enjoyable and Ive actually been spending more time doing myself up because i enjoy sitting in it. Plus it is so cute i love just having it out on the floor!

Wanted to update my last review to say that I think my original pillow was a dud – support reached out to offer to send me a new pillow (so nice, thank you!) and the new one doesn't have any of the negatives that I mentioned before! The only thing is that the color of the green is still a bit lighter than I expected, but as long as you know that going into it, it's super cute. Thank you Pon Pon Labs for offering to help me and providing me with a replacement <3
